دوني منصة إلكترونية تربط العملاء بخبراء مستقلين لتقديم الخدمات، وتديرها شركة الشاملة الذكية (ذ.م.م)، سجل تجاري رقم 7053403122، خميس مشيط، المملكة العربية السعودية. ونحن الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة بياناتك الشخصية. للتواصل في أي أمر يخص بياناتك: privacy@dounee.com

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: رقم الجوال، والاسم، والمدينة والحي.
بيانات الطلبات: الخدمة المطلوبة، وإجاباتك على أسئلة الطلب، والوصف والصور التي ترفعها، والعنوان أو الموقع اللازم لتنفيذ الخدمة، والموعد.
المحادثات: الرسائل المتبادلة داخل التطبيق.
التقييمات والمراجعات التي تكتبها أو تُكتب عنك.
بيانات الخبراء: صورة الهوية الوطنية أو الإقامة ونتيجة مراجعتها، ووثيقة العمل الحر أو السجل التجاري، والتخصصات ومناطق الخدمة، ونماذج الأعمال.
بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، ورمز الإشعارات، وسجلات الأعطال والأمان.

لا يستخدم موقع dounee.com ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) لأغراض الإعلان أو التتبع.

لماذا نستخدم بياناتك

تقديم الخدمة: إنشاء حسابك، وإيصال طلبك إلى الخبراء المناسبين، وعرض العروض، وتمكين المحادثة والتقييم.
التحقق والأمان: توثيق الخبراء، ومنع الاحتيال، وحماية الحسابات.
التواصل معك: إرسال رمز التحقق والإشعارات المتعلقة بطلباتك. ولا نرسل رسائل تسويقية إلا بموافقتك، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت.
تحسين الخدمة: إحصاءات مجمّعة لا تحدد هويتك.
الالتزامات النظامية: الاستجابة لطلبات الجهات المختصة.

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على تنفيذ الاتفاقية بيننا، أو موافقتك، أو التزام نظامي، أو مصلحة مشروعة لا تتعارض مع حقوقك.

مع من نشارك بياناتك

الطرف الآخر في الطلب: يرى الخبير تفاصيل الطلب والحي، ولا يظهر رقم الجوال لأي طرف إلا بعد قبول العرض.
مزوّدو خدمات يعملون نيابة عنا: الاستضافة السحابية، وإرسال الرسائل النصية، والإشعارات. ونلزمهم تعاقديًا بحماية البيانات وعدم استخدامها لأي غرض آخر.
الجهات الحكومية المختصة عندما يلزمنا النظام بذلك.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

أين نحفظ بياناتك

نحرص على حفظ البيانات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. وإذا تطلّب تقديم الخدمة نقل بيانات إلى خارج المملكة، فنلتزم بضوابط النقل الواردة في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال مدة وجود حسابك. وعند حذف الحساب نحذف البيانات أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية خلال 30 يومًا، باستثناء ما يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ به، فنحتفظ به للمدة النظامية فقط.

حقوقك

الاطلاع على بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها.
تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة أو استكمالها.
طلب حذف بياناتك.
الرجوع عن موافقتك متى كانت المعالجة قائمة عليها.
تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على privacy@dounee.com، ونرد خلال 30 يومًا. ولحذف حسابك اتبع الخطوات في صفحة حذف الحساب.

الأطفال

دوني مخصص لمن بلغوا 18 سنة فأكثر، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون ذلك.

أمن البيانات

نشفّر البيانات أثناء نقلها، ونقصر الوصول إليها على من يحتاجه من فريقنا، ونراجع إجراءات الحماية دوريًا.

تحديث هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. ننشر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، ونبلغك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير جوهري قبل سريانه.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Dounee app and the dounee.com website, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Who we are

Dounee is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent professionals. It is operated by Alshamilah Aldhakiyah Company, CR No. 7053403122, Khamis Mushait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is responsible for processing your personal data. For anything about your data, contact privacy@dounee.com

Data we collect

Account data: mobile number, name, city and district.
Request data: the service you need, your answers to the request questions, descriptions and photos you upload, the address or location needed to deliver the service, and the appointment time.
Messages exchanged in the app.
Ratings and reviews you write or receive.
Professional data: a copy of the national ID or residence permit and the result of its review, a freelance document or commercial registration, specialties and service areas, and work samples.
Device data: device type, operating system, push-notification token, and crash and security logs.

The dounee.com website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

How we use your data

To provide the service: create your account, route your request to suitable professionals, show offers, and enable chat and reviews.
Verification and safety: verify professionals, prevent fraud and protect accounts.
To contact you: send verification codes and notifications about your requests. We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can stop them at any time.
To improve the service: aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
Legal obligations: responding to requests from competent authorities.

We process your data to perform our agreement with you, with your consent, to meet a legal obligation, or for a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.

Who we share data with

The other party to a request: professionals see the request details and the district. Mobile numbers are shown to neither side until an offer is accepted.
Service providers acting for us: cloud hosting, SMS delivery and notifications, under contracts that require them to protect the data and use it for no other purpose.
Competent government authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where we store data

We aim to store data inside Saudi Arabia. If delivering the service requires transferring data outside the Kingdom, we follow the transfer rules of the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.

How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, which we keep only for the required period.

Your rights

Access your data and receive a copy.
Correct or complete inaccurate data.
Ask us to delete your data.
Withdraw your consent where processing relies on it.
Complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

To use any of these rights, email privacy@dounee.com. We reply within 30 days. To delete your account, follow the steps on the account deletion page.

Children

Dounee is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Security

We encrypt data in transit, limit access to the team members who need it, and review our safeguards regularly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We show the date of the latest update at the top of this page and tell you in the app about any material change before it takes effect.
