حذف حسابك في دوني

تقدر تحذف حسابك في تطبيق دوني وبياناتك المرتبطة به في أي وقت.

من داخل التطبيق

افتح تطبيق دوني وادخل «حسابي».
اختر «الإعدادات» ثم «حذف الحساب».
أكّد الطلب برمز التحقق اللي يوصلك على جوالك.

عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني

أرسل رسالة إلى privacy@dounee.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، واكتب فيها رقم الجوال المسجّل في حسابك. نرسل لك رمز تحقق على الجوال للتأكد أنك صاحب الحساب، ثم ننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا.

البيانات التي نحذفها

الحساب والملف الشخصي.
الطلبات والعروض والمحادثات والصور.
وثائق التوثيق ونماذج الأعمال للخبراء.

البيانات التي نحتفظ بها

السجلات التي يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها، للمدة التي يفرضها فقط.
التقييمات التي كتبتها، بعد إزالة اسمك منها.

Delete your Dounee account

Dounee is operated by Alshamilah Aldhakiyah Company. You can delete your Dounee account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

Open the Dounee app and go to Account.
Choose Settings, then Delete account.
Confirm with the verification code sent to your phone.

By email

Email privacy@dounee.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and include the mobile number registered to your account. We send a verification code to that number to confirm you own the account, then complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data we delete

Your account and profile.
Requests, offers, messages and photos.
Verification documents and work samples for professionals.

Data we keep

Records the law requires us to keep, only for the required period.
Reviews you wrote, with your name removed.
